The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms that were a superb idea, although some don't have openable windows. The service provided by Mrnut, ms, Nickey, Gift, Nina, Thanya, and Kik was exceptional with proper English communication skills. The location involves a short walk to access main roads and malls, but the 24/7 buggy service adds convenience. Dining options are diverse, catering to various preferences, and the fresh seafood stands out.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, the lack of a view from my room and the ongoing renovations were disappointing. The location was convenient, but the surrounding noise and construction detracted from the overall stay.
The hotel is situated between two BTS stations, Phaya Thai and Rachatewi, providing a convenient location for exploring Bangkok. The service was friendly, with a unique opportunity for a free photo session in traditional Thai costumes. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, although some additional noise reduction measures in the rooms would have been appreciated. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were really nice with a huge bed and everything you would expect. They are exactly as shown in the picture, clean, conveniently located nearby the airport link and BTS with free shuttle service, and also near the Pratunam market. The rooms were a lot more spacious with more storage space and a bigger bathroom. However, the access streets to the hotel are slightly dark. Not having a swimming pool may be a drawback for those looking for a break during the day.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, relatively quiet, and conveniently located near the Pratunam area. The service was helpful, especially by Mr Nun, but some interactions were a bit rude. The dining options were delicious, although not all items were hot enough. The facilities were well-kept.
